- What happens if one heating element fails?
EcoGrill uses independent heating elements inside each ThermoTube.
If one heating element stops working, the grill will not operate at full 6 rešetki neće raditi capacity until that element is replaced. The issue is isolated and easy to resolve.

- How is EcoGrill cleaned?
EcoGrill is designed for fast and easy daily cleaning.
The grease shield and grease tray are removed and washed separately.
For cleaning while using the grill, two cleaners are supplied with the unit:
Cleaner 1 is used to remove food residues from the top side of the grill grates, while Cleaner 2 is used to remove grease from the underside of the grates.
For more detailed cleaning, a stainless-steel wire brush for inox surfaces is used. Before use, the wire brush is soaked in hot water for a short time, then used to remove burnt grease and residues. This cleaner is purchased separately.
For deep cleaning the underside of the grill can be easily cleaned by removing the grease tray and carefully tilting the grill to the side for better access.

- How much electricity does EcoGrill consume?
EcoGrill is designed for high energy efficiency.

- Do I need to use oil when grilling on EcoGrill Home?
Oil is only needed for light coating, not for cooking in oil.
A small amount of oil can be used to lightly brush the food or the grill grates, mainly to prevent sticking and improve results. EcoGrill Home is designed for grilling, not frying.
