Maximum efficiency

Food gets grilled with the minimum energy loss due to the fact that the heaters are just below the food. It keeps the energy waste at its minimum. Higher energy efficiency delivers high grilling performance.

Fine control of the heating surface temperature

Installed thermostats enable better control of the temperature of heating surfaces as well as a quick response to the addition of raw (or frozen) food. This is especially important in places where it is important to maintain the consistency of the final product.
