How to Choose the Right EcoGrill PRO Electric Grill for a Professional Kitchen

A professional kitchen needs a grill that heats up fast, delivers consistent results during service and fits the space you actually have. The EcoGrill PRO line was developed for exactly these conditions: electric grills without open flame, with a heating grid technology designed for quick heat-up and even grilling. Here is a practical guide to choosing between Compact Classic, Fast Food and 2in1 models.

Start with the kitchen, not the grill

Before comparing models, answer three questions: how many portions do you serve at peak time, how much counter or line space do you have, and what power supply is available in the kitchen? The answers narrow the choice quickly. Output is given in kilograms of grilled meat per hour, so you can match it to your menu and busiest hours.

EcoGrill PRO Compact Classic: for intensive daily service

Compact Classic is the core of the line, intended for intensive use in restaurants and hotel kitchens and designed to make full use of the heating surface. The depth is adapted to 60 cm professional kitchen modules, and you can choose one, two or three heating zones.

Examples: the single-zone EG 6CC 400 (415×600×220 mm, 4.5 kW, about 7.5 kg/h) suits smaller kitchens, while the two-zone EG 6CC 800 (795×600×220 mm, 9 kW, about 15 kg/h) lets you grill different products at different intensities at the same time. Compact Classic models run on 400 V three-phase power.

EcoGrill PRO Fast Food: slim, quick and flexible

The Fast Food series is only 130 mm high and designed for fast-paced kitchens with limited space. The EG FF 2G 560 (560×570×130 mm, 3.6 kW, about 8 kg/h) is available in a single-phase 230 V version, which is useful where three-phase power is not available. Larger versions, EG FF 2G 760 (6 kW, about 12 kg/h) and EG FF 2G 860 (7.2 kW, about 16 kg/h), use 400 V three-phase supply. All have two heating zones.

EcoGrill PRO 2in1: grill and flat surface in one unit

If your menu combines grilled and griddled items, the 2in1 series gives you a flat surface and a grill grate side by side. The EG 7C 800 1F-1G (795×700×150 mm, 7.1 kW, about 15 kg/h) offers one flat and one grill zone, and a three-zone version is available for larger kitchens. One unit means less equipment on the line and more flexible service.

A quick checklist before you order

Check the electrical supply (230 V single-phase or 400 V three-phase), the available width and depth, the number of heating zones your menu needs, and the output in kg/h for your busiest hours. Technical data should always be confirmed against the model sheet for your configuration.
